Resellr is operated by KBKF Co. ("we," "us," or "our"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our web app at my.resellr.app.

By using Resellr, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

1. Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly when using Resellr:

• Account information: your first name, email address, and authentication details (or Google account details if you sign in via Google OAuth)
• Listing data: item names, purchase prices, asking prices, sale prices, dates, expenses, notes, photos, and category details you enter
• Payment information: PayPal transaction and subscription IDs (we do not store your full payment card details)
• Usage preferences: your default category, region, and app settings

We also automatically collect:

• Basic usage data and analytics via PostHog (page views, feature interactions, session data)
• Device type and browser information for app compatibility

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

• Provide and operate the Resellr app and its features
• Calculate and display your profit, ROI, and inventory data
• Send transactional emails (account confirmation, trial reminders, payment receipts) via Resend
• Manage your subscription and trial status
• Improve the app based on usage patterns
• Respond to your support requests

We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We do not use your data for advertising.

3. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored securely on Supabase (PostgreSQL database hosted on AWS in Singapore). We use row-level security so that only you can access your own data. Photos you upload are stored in Supabase Storage and compressed to a maximum of 400KB before upload.

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data, but no system is 100% secure.

4. Third-Party Services

Resellr uses the following third-party services to operate:

• Supabase — database, authentication, and file storage
• Vercel — web hosting and deployment
• PayPal — payment processing for subscriptions and one-time purchases
• Resend — transactional email delivery
• PostHog — product analytics and usage tracking
• Google — optional Google OAuth sign-in

Each of these services has its own privacy policy. We only share the minimum data necessary for each service to function.

5. Photos You Upload

Photos you upload for your listings are stored privately in your account and are not shared publicly. They are used solely to display within your Resellr account. You can delete your listings and associated photos at any time.

6. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you request account deletion, we will soft-delete your account and retain your data for 30 days before permanent deletion, in case you change your mind. After 30 days, your data is permanently removed from our systems.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Correct inaccurate data in your account settings
• Request deletion of your account and all associated data
• Export your data (available on Pro plan)

8. Cookies

Resellr uses minimal cookies and local storage to keep you signed in and remember your app preferences. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

9. Children's Privacy

Resellr is not intended for users under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with their information, contact us and we will delete it.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or an in-app notice. Continued use of Resellr after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
