Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Resellr, a profit tracking web app operated by KBKF Co. ("we," "us," or "our"), accessible at my.resellr.app.

By creating an account or using Resellr, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Resellr. By using the app, you confirm that you meet this requirement. If you are using Resellr for business purposes, you confirm that you have the authority to agree to these Terms on behalf of that business.

2. Your Account

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. Do not share your password with anyone. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or are used for fraudulent purposes.

3. Free Trial

New accounts receive a 30-day Pro trial automatically upon signup. No credit card is required. After 30 days, your account moves to the free tier unless you upgrade to a paid plan. The free tier includes limited features as described on our pricing page.

We reserve the right to modify trial terms at any time for new signups. Existing trials in progress will not be affected.

4. Paid Plans and Billing

Resellr offers two paid plan types:

• Pro Monthly — PHP 299/mo, billed monthly via PayPal. Your subscription renews automatically each month until cancelled.
• Pro Yearly — PHP 2,699/year, billed annually via PayPal. Your subscription renews automatically each year until cancelled.

All prices are in Philippine Peso (PHP). PayPal accepts credit and debit cards. A PayPal account is required for recurring billing.

You can cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods.

5. Refund Policy

Subscriptions are non-refundable once a billing cycle has started. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us within 7 days at support@resellr.app and we will review your case.

6. Free Tier Limits

After your trial ends, the free tier allows:

• Up to 3 active listings
• Up to 5 sold history records visible
• 1 category

Existing data beyond these limits is preserved and becomes visible again if you upgrade. Data is never deleted due to plan changes.

7. Your Data

You own all data you enter into Resellr — your listings, sold records, photos, and notes. We do not claim any ownership over your data.

We will not delete your data due to plan downgrades. If you delete your account, your data is soft-deleted for 30 days before permanent removal.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Resellr to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation in the Philippines or your jurisdiction
• Attempt to reverse engineer, hack, or disrupt the app or its infrastructure
• Create multiple accounts to abuse free trial limits
• Use the app for any purpose other than tracking your own buy-and-sell transactions

We reserve the right to suspend access for violations without prior notice.

9. Availability and Changes

We aim to keep Resellr available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, updates, or experience downtime beyond our control.

We reserve the right to modify, add, or remove features at any time. We will give reasonable notice for significant changes that affect paid users.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

Resellr is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free or that profit calculations will be used for tax, accounting, or legal purposes. You are responsible for verifying your own financial records.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, KBKF Co. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Resellr. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months prior to the claim.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Philippines. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notice at least 7 days before they take effect. Continued use of Resellr after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
